Returns

You may return your item within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the piece must be in its original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or want to exchange your piece for another, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will guide you through the exchange process.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  2. Fill out the return/exchange form or contact our customer support via WhatsApp or email.

  3. Follow the instructions provided for shipping the item back to us.

Important Notes

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or send your exchange promptly.
